Skilled HVAC Installation Technician
Westenn Mechanical is an established company under new ownership and is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Technician. Must have experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems for new construction and remodel to include but not limited to boilers, in-floor heating, ductless split systems and residential split systems for starters. This position requires a strong problem solving and analytical skill set along with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal or no supervision. The ability to accept change is highly important when needed while ensuring there is customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service with high standards for ethical conduct while meeting deadlines. This individual will also be able to train other installers to improve the performance of the company over time.
As an HVAC installer the role includes the ability to design, fabricate and install a wide range of duct fittings and ducts that may be required for all jobs. The knowledge and ability to install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units and performing clean brazing and soldering of all connections is high important. We are willing to continue your education through online and in-person training.
Skilled HVAC Service Technician
Westenn Mechanical is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician with commercial and residential experience. This is to include but not limited to rooftop units up to 25 tons, boilers, in floor heating, ductless split systems, residential split systems, compressors, fan controls, heat exchangers and much more. Westenn services many businesses around the Walworth County area as well other counties in Southern Wisconsin. The residential service is largely in Walworth County in the Elkhorn and Lake Geneva area but we do service many other counties as well in Southern Wisconsin.
The HVAC Service Technician must be able to problem solve and work independently while at times working with another technician when required. All reports are to be filled out in a timely fashion so that we have an excellent record of the work that was completed. This position will require some training of new Service Technicians from time to time which means that great communication is a must. We are willing to continue your education through online and in-person training.
